Cashbook is printing to the wrong paper format

If Cashbook is printing to the wrong paper format (e.g. Letter instead of A4, or vice versa), here’s what we recommend doing:-

  1. Exit Cashbook if it’s open
  2. In Windows, make sure your default printer is set to the correct paper source (e.g. A4 or Letter)
  3. Download and install the latest version

If you continue to have trouble after that, please contact support.
