How do I email a report as a PDF?

  1. Print preview your report
  2. Right-click on the item you’re previewing and choose “Email as PDF” (or click the “Email” icon on the top toolbar)
  3. When the “Email PDF” screen appears, complete the “Email to”, “Subject” and “Message” boxes
  4. Click “Send Email”

PDFs are stored in a folder called “PDF” in the “Cashbook Data” folder, for example:   C:\Users\YourName\Documents\Cashbook Data\PDF\YourOrganisation

Note:  The above steps apply to Version 6.40a (or newer).  If you need to upgrade, you can download the latest version here.  Upgrades are free.

Important Info for Gmail Users

If you use a Gmail address with Cashbook, please click here and follow the steps under the “Gmail” heading to continue sending emails from Cashbook using a Gmail address.
