How do I back up to Dropbox, Google Drive or OneDrive?

Firstly, you need to have Dropbox, Google Drive or OneDrive installed on your computer.  Then, you can back up to either of those as follows:-

  1. In Cashbook, click on the “File” menu (top left of the screen) and choose “Setup Wizard”
  2. Click “Next” until you reach the “General Setup” screen
  3. Click the small ‘magnifying glass’ icon next to “Backup Folder”
  4. The “Browse for Folder” window will appear
  5. Select the Dropbox, Google Drive, or OneDrive you wish to back up to, then click “OK”
  6. You will be returned to the “General Setup” screen in the “Setup Wizard”
  7. Click “Close” to exit

Important Info for Gmail Users

If you use a Gmail address with Cashbook, please click here and follow the steps under the “Gmail” heading to continue sending emails from Cashbook using a Gmail address.
